Large, 26mm. that's what took me so long to decide. At first I wanted the tortoise shell model, but that is only available in the 2XL, 28mm..and the 30mm now (they actually got a small shipment in!). So I grew to love the bone as much, then it was a matter of making sure I could handle that size even. I got a Rooney style 1, size 3 in Best to make sure. Months ago.

Nice. I had a 3/2 Super Silvertip and it was just too soft. I always liked the Style 1 handles.

    Enjoy your brush.

I'm not a fan of regular , or shall I say most silvertip for the same reason. But Jim told me the Heritage 2 band hair isn't like that at all. I've also heard it from an owner or two on another forum. Everyone who I've talked to on forums or otherwise, anyone who's written a review of them, anyone, they have all said to a man that it is their favorite brush period. The best that's ever past thru their hands with the exception maybe of the same brush in the old Finest. That swayed me as well. In shaving if you see 60% or so of people say they like it that's something. By my count this brush is holding at %100. But it's all anecdotal and I still may yet be disappointed. It's a trend.

Love to hear about this too when you get it. I would really like to pick up a new brush. I've been looking at THIS one, but the 2-band Rooney heritage looks really nice as well!

I always have them write something dorky on it and get embarrassed and pull out at last minute.

Named after former Steelers owner, Art Rooney? I am sure. Anyway enjoy that hairy beast.

It is miles and miles better than any other brush in that same price range., that I've tried so far,.....IMHO.
