Welcome to TSD! Truly, Portland is a great city - not too big, but not too small either. Everything you could want and/or need can be found here...and then some. Great wine country all over this state. I didn't start out as a pinot noir fan, but I've had some very good vintages and now consider myself an enthusiast! Happy Shaving!

Agreed! Driving through the gorge is breath-taking! I worked out in Hood River for 2 weeks not too long ago and I loved every day I was out there. I told the fiance that we should retire there...*sigh* if only...
