Third Restore: Century Barber

I took my time with this one and it spanned over three weeks. I think it paid off!

Nice job Bryan..are you restoring the brushes for your own use or are you going to sell/gift them. I have purchased a couple of brushes to fix up myself but have come to the realizationthat I pprobably won't use them all myself, so what to do with them
