And I picked my gift today from post office. Since I am Orthodox Christian, no way that I would wait till 6th January And it is awesome gift! Razorock R-160, Razorock S. Maria and Cowboy Comb conditioning beard wash soap. Santa, you nailed it I used R-160 immediately after I arrived home (saved 2 days of growth for it ) and it was awesome, wonderful, slick almond smelling lather, which I like a lot! Cowboy soap also smells wonderful, my whole room smells like it Sorry for awful pic, my phone camera is broken. Thank you Secret Santa, thank you very much, who ever you are! I just had my first cup of the Zolo Farmhouse French Roast coffee. Made it in a French press, of course! Wonderful aroma, very nice sheen of delicate oils (bet this would make a killer espresso), excellent flavor in the cup. A dark roast, but not overdone or bitter. Outstanding! Thank you, Secret Santa!

I was out of town all week but got back late last night to find my Secret Santa gift. Great way to come home One of the things I put on my wish list was an Omega boar brush and wow did my Santa deliver. The handle on this one is a beautiful - looks like maybe he made it himself and I love it. I'm going to use it this morning when I get around to shaving. It has lots of backbone and the tips still feel really soft. Can't wait to give it a go. Also got a nice J1 injector which is great because I don't have any J models and some NOS Schick blades to go with it. I'm an injector fan so I couldn't be happier. Thanks to whoever was my Secret Santa. Sorry for the blurry pic but hopefully you'll get the idea. Edit: Just tried the brush out and the knot in this thing is really nice. It felt great. Lots of backbone and not scritchy at all. I think this brush is going to be a favorite.

Greetings, I've had very little time for shaving lately, so therefore I was somewhat surprised when I was stopped by a rather small humanoid outside of my house yesterday. He was wearing a trenchcoat with a matching hat and gloves. In hindsight I do believe I saw signs of pointy ears and weird looking shoes, but at the time I did not connect the dots. He asked for my name and wanted confirmation that I was the Norseman. I reluctantly confirmed this and noticed him glancing at a picture of my avatar and mentioned something about me much being better looking in the photo. Before I had a chance to object he looked me straight in the eyes and said in a french accent: Listen carefully, I will zay this only vonce... The znail has dropped itz load. I guess I looked pretty dumbfounded, because he just rolled his eyes and gave me a slip from my local post office, before he ran away to the sound of muffled jingle bells. My curiosity got the best of me and I immediately went to the post office to pick up the package. When opened I found a very nice collection of shaving goodies from the Secret Santa: 1 x Shaving Cream from the Shave Den - Signature Scented 1 x Williams Shave soap 1 x VdH Shave Soap 1 x Castle Forbes Sample sized Shaving Cream 1 x M-Bomb Sample. Exactly what I wanted Especially since I have been very anxious to try some of the Signature scented cream from TSD. I have read nothing but good reviews about this scent and have had it on my shopping list for quite some time. Likewise with the Castle Forbes and the famous M-Bomb. The Williams and VdH was also a real nice surprise. Although I already have a few pucks of the Williams soap, I have been curious about the VdH for a long time. And an additional puck of williams will give me lots of soap to practise on before the next Williams Week.
