I'm working on it... Unfortunately this is one of those instances where the results of the work won't show up until the end.
Yes please. I'm currently tuning the server and will be performing the server upgrade, so if I could take a look at the pings the traceroute, it might show something. It would also be good (not sure how practical though), to see if there are any errors in the browser console, such as one of the javascripts not being loaded correctly. The new XF version uses updated javascript with a new editor.
Sorry being so late getting back to it. Attached is the traceroute output file taken Monday @ about 16:00 CST. I'm still looking for the ping results .txt file. It "disappeared" in my documents folder. I'll post it asap. Mike
Still can't find the original ping done at the same time as the traceroute. Did a new ping just now. (not relevant now?) No lost packets and the avg. times are 34mS. The original ping was done Monday afternoon last at approx. 16:00 CST. There were no lost packets and an average round trip time was 54ms.
I'm more of a network geek, but I can learn anything. So... No Java at all on my machine. (not sure if that makes a difference) Running IE11, and can f12 to get the native console up. Any specific page(s) you'd like me capture? Let me know. Mike
