I am a bit late to the party, but I will give you my two cents, or "øre" if you like

Since Fitjar has been mentioned before, I will not say too much about it. But I have a decent selection of it and is quite fond of their products. If you shop for over NOK 400 you get free shipping.

Sparkjøp sells Erasmic shave cream for NOK 35. It is an excellent cream, but stay clear of the shave stick. That one is completely useless
The Body Shop also sell an outstanding cream. It is a bit more expensive, but it is a large box and should keep you baby smooth for a few months.
L Occitane has a very nice shave soap, I do not know where you live. But check out http://www.loccitane.no/våre-butikker,18,2,20878,195464.htm?Country=Norway for local shops.

We have two wet shaving webshops in Norway, and that is http://barbershop.no and http://skjegg.no. There is also a store in Oslo that sells a few items. Check http://Dapper.no for more info.

I have also used http://Connaughtshaving.com, http://shaving.ie and http://giftsandcare.com a lot. Good selection, decent prices and fast shipping. Especially the two latter ones.

If you should happen to be in Stavanger, check out http://fevangsbarberstue.com/ :)

I'm curious about Martin De Candre (the kind of curiosity that killed the cat), but can't find an actual online way of purchasing it. Anyone have a working link?

    Neolithium I am Canadian, eh

$60 for 200g isn't bad considering how much of this stuff needs to be loaded onto a brush. I've read a few articles where people (exclusively) using MDC had it last a year and a few weeks. Granted it ALL depends on loading, water type etc however I already sent a request to some friends of my parents who go to Southern France every year to get me 5 jars ;)
