    How do you get that lighting so items are clear but with a warm dimming of light like a Renaissance painting by Rembrandt?

    All post-production. I've been photo-retouching for so long (25yrs+) that the process goes fairly quickly to simply create drama, or dynamics in light & shadow.

    I'm not sure....it's kind of like the shaving brush handles that are a translucent white with solid white pin stripes in it. I can't remember what they call the stuff, sorry.
