    Placing a PIF means that you give something to someone else and do not want anything in return. In stead you ask the acceptant to give something to yet another person and again not ask anything in return. It may be a service (selflessly helping someone else who is in need, giving something to someone else; that sort of thing). Sort of spreading kindnesses all over the world. You will see it a lot over here on TSD ans I suspect a lot of members practice it in 'real life' as well. :)

    It is based on a book by Catherine Ryan Hyde which was the basis for a film as well. Both book and film are called... Pay It Forward. Guess you´d never have guessed that! :D
