I totally agree. My original Glacial is airing out right now. I think we can all agree MITA is pure goodness..
SoS - Wednesday. May 7, 2014 Shower Prep: Tea Tree & Lime PSO Brush: Vulfix Super Badger Cream: TOBS Eaton College Razor: Slim Adjustable (5) Blade: Polsilver (6) Post: Thayer's Cucumber WH Aftershave: Ogallala Bay Rum w/ Limes and Peppercorns I pushed the Polsilver blade as far as it would go (6 shaves). It performed a bit better in the Slim today over yesterday's run in the Tech, but it's spent. I always forget how nice the TOBS cream performs and am pleasantly surprised each time its turn in the rotation come around. I guess that's a good thing.
Floïd Vigoroso is the shnizznizzle bam snip snap! I wish I would have got the jumbo size, I will after mine is gone. It's strong, manly, and refreshing. If any of you gents want a manly scent with great cooling affect, this is certainly unique and worth a try IMHO.

Thursday: Neutrogena Men Facial Wash Large Horsehair Barbershop Super Speed/Sharp day 4 Stirling Glacial Wintergreen SS 444 AS Balm Osage Rub AS Aramis EdT OMG, I'M FROZEN TO THE MAX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After this shave with the Glacial Wintergreen soap I put on some 444 balm and it felt even colder, but when I slapped on that Rubby Dubby Doo it felt soooooooo darned frigid that it was almost painful. BTW, this Glacial Wintergreen soap has such a beautiful scent and great lather. Once the menthol effect wears off the soothing sensation takes over so your skin feels great all day. You'll never sweat if you use the 444/Rubby Dubby Doo combination. Another awesome shave!

Silver Star Catie's Bubbles "Menta Terrosa" homemade boar This is the last boar knot I had laying around. It's an Omega 50107, listed as a 25mm and has a factory loft of 64mm. I dropped the loft to 54mm in a rather tight knot hole and it's going to make a very nice preforming brush. I started out making a long handled "barber's brush" out of it and about half way through decided to see what a "mini barber" brush would look like. I'm not sure I like the handle but I do like the brush. I also touched up the razor and had an excellent shave this morning. Very smooth, comfortable and close. Have a good one.
May 8, 2014 Prep: Warm wash with Stirling bath soap and then application of homemade PSO (sweet almond oil, macadamia nut oil, evoo and sunflower oil) Lather: Godrej Cool Menthol built in scuttle Brush: Stirling best badger Razor: Weber PH Blade: Gillette 7 O'Clock Super Platinum (7) Post: warm rinse, cold rinse and Old Spice aftershave DFS in 3 passes. Warmed lather is getting me spoiled, but I do think that it looses some of the menthol with this. Everything worked very well with this shave. The blade started grabbing just a little by the end, so I retired it after 7 shaves. Not bad. The Weber just may encourage me to retire my other razors.
