1. Just finished up my Bruno Blade (Snail Forge Razors). Initially, I'd put a pair of acrylic scales on it, and then felt like a schlep for not doing the blade justice. Here it is in its new Gabon Ebony scales with a nice brass wedge. For those not familiar, you can purchase raw, unfinished, heat treated blanks from Bruno and finish them yourself. As close as I'll ever get to making my own razor without a forge.

  5. It's actually a really nice shaver. It's big (REAL big, ~10/8's), so it's a handful, but a very sweet shaver.

    I had no idea anyone offered heat treated blade blanks.
