What was your first 100 DE razor pack?

I am considering a Russian sample pack, but it'll be a couple of months before i make another shave related purchase - i've gone a bit overboard the last couple of weeks

 

Astra SP's were my first after the usual trial and error. Haven't tried some of the favorites...Sharks, Crystals, others. Guess I've got more work to do. I know that Derbys, Wilkys, Gillette Blues, Merkurs and Lords and a couple others are out.

 

I have yet to buy a lot of 100 Blades. I bought 50 Wilkinson Sword Blades at West Coast Shaving.

 

Astra SP's, then Derby Extra's, now 7OC Greens.

 

Personna Stainless Steel Blues.

 

Bic Chrome Platinum, after running through a sampler.

 

My first bulk buy were Vikings Sword aka Israeli Personna. I bought 200 of them without knowing how they are. Turned out very good blades, sharp and smooth, so it was a good idea.

 

whean i first started i got atra blades it cut me like crazy but stuck with it and now am a pretty fast wet shaver

 

Did you mean "atra" or "astra"?

 

Rapiras and Rapira Lux demoted my Astras too. The Lux is my fav in the R41.

 

I would definitely recommend a Russian sample pack. Fantastic!

Derby's. Just bought 50 Gillette Silver Blues and a 48 blade assortment.

 

My latest were Ladas Super Stainless. I love these blades!

 

I bought 100 Astra SP's but they have not arrived yet=)

 

Astra SP then Rapira PL AND POLSILVER SI after that!

 

Early on I bought a box of Derby blades, then discovered they are completely incompatible with my face.

 

My first 100 were Voskhod in a TSD group buy (Before they became cheap/readily available at vendors), then there were 100 Feather, 100 Shark SuperChrome and finally 100 Personna Lab Blue.

 

Apparently we have the same taste in blades!

 

It depends, I've all but made the switch to SE, had I not I would be going for Treet Black Beauties, smoothest blade I've ever used in a DE.
