I feel bad. Maybe we could setup a "'68 And Got Nuthin" support group.

New member, but a long-time visitor here. This is my first post, so I guess it's fitting to make it a picture of a "Birth Year" razor...

I'm a j2, but I don't have a birth year razor. I'll keep my eyes open for one. Prolly a slim..
did anything happen special in the Gillette line-up in 1964?

apparently they made a slim twist in 64. it has a long plastic white handle.
I'll have to keep my eyes open for that one.

Boy, some nice looking razors. The flint ones are about right for my birth year. I don't know what to look for 1945 was not a real good year for razors.
    Any Ideas?

Yeah, now you mention it i think he did, which I remeber thinking was unfair at the time. I really didn't see what all the fuss was about . I was just shaving like my Dad.:)

Funny thing is as a child you wonder why your parents did the things they did but when grow older and start to mature you really learn to appreciate it and are thankful for all the sacrifices they made and how hard they worked.

My dad was born in '64. I've been looking for a birth year razor for him too.
