    I messaged the seller and told them I was highly interested. They said if it didn't sell locally they'd let me know.

    Better make it a rain coat then. :happy102:

    That's a slicker response than I expected.

    I'm never yellow when it comes to punniness. But, slick belongs to Dapper today; he's all pomped up over it. :D

    One could always hang it upside down.

    But then I'd have to stand on my head to open it. ;) It was a lovely day today- pleasantly warm, with low humidity, so I was able to but the 2nd coat on the cabinet. In a couple of days, I will give it an ultrafine sanding & a coat of finishing wax. Pics then.

    The cabinet is finished. It now sits on my dresser, holding an assortment of small items, that were scattered all over the place. It came out nice & makes my dresser look much more orderly.
    Here is the body of the cabinet, just after I sanded it;

    Very good looking Cabinet. I think you will have a real winner there when you get done with it.

    I like the Barber Sterilizers myself , I've always used them for storing shave stuff.

    I saw that after I made my comment. The finished product is great. You did a job that you can be proud of. My uncle was a Machist and his second Hobby behind Amateur Radio was wood Working. He would say your Project did you Proud!

    Thank you. I wonder if any of you know (since it is called a sterilizer) how it actually would have worked.
