The second one is definitely an overpriced Weishi. You can get those on the bay for $10. The first one looks like a generic Indian razor, which doesn't mean bad. It's just one you can buy under a lot of different brands, for way less. A lot of shaving websites that have their own brand razor are selling that same head with various handles. For $30 you can a new 3 piece from Merkur, a Weishi, blades and a cream or brush, or a good vintage razor from the bay.
