Shave of the EVENING Pre- Hot shower + homemade PSO Soap/cream- Stirling Grapefruit shave soap Brush- Plisson synthetic Razor- Mühle R89 Blade- Astra SP(2) Post- Cold water rinse and L'oreal men expert hydra energetic =) About 3 days growth and first time using Stirling grapefruit. Rod makes art with his scents. Really great scent. Once again the lather didn't disappoint. I did a 4 pass shave, 2 passes WTG and 2 passes XTG both directions. I'm getting closer shaves. I believe I'm finding my angle and also the tip from @RaZorBurn123 to buff on my chin is paying off. A liiiiittle burning sensation under the nostrils and on the area between the chin and lower lip. Picture of the lather for the fourth and final pass. The "crema". I think I loaded my brush to much =P I really have no idea how to pick 3 favorites out of the 10 samples I got from Kerry. Maybe I'll end up buying 10 full size pucks.

Those Feather razors look considerably different than what I was expecting. A mild shaver, no doubt. Hope you're not ticklish!

Took a break for Trac II, VDH, Omega brush. 2 pass DFS, quick and dirty. Really dirty; have made 50 trips up the truck ramp. Used more Floid Blue than last night, now I can feel the mild menthol it has. Nice stuff, too bad it's so pricey. Back to work.

Thank you, and thanks to all the other shavers for their "Happies." It was a good day. She decided to keep me.
Dove Men's Face Wash TABAC Shaving Soap Frank Shaving Finest Badger Gillette Super Speed '47 DORCO Platinum ST300 CWR Thayers Cucumber WH Pinaud Clubman AS The TABAC Shaving Soap face-lathered very easily with my Frank Shaving Finest badger brush. Two passes with my Gillette Super Speed '47 and a DORCO Platinum ST300 gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a warm water rinse, alum block, and cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayers Cucumber WH and then Pinaud Clubman after shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Shave of the Night Razor: Merkur 1904 OC Blade: Voskhod Brush: VDH Badger Cream: TOBS St. James After: Proraso White balm Keeping with the face lathering thing I've been doing with soap, I decided to face lather the cream. Good results I used the OC just because I like to use it every once in a while, and it's mild enough that it doesn't need a couple of days growth. Gave me a bit of a burn, but I expected that. I've found Proraso White balm is a great aftershave for any of the TOBS creams that are of the barbershop/soap/clean type scent (St. James, Eton, etc.) It blends well into those scents.

Then on Saturday I will put a different blade in of the sample razor blades. I also received some shaving soap samples and I will start using it on Saturday.
