NRod I have just joined myself and have been DE shaving for a cple months now,for brushes check out the omegas they are as cheap as chips,I myself use an omega 49 and I am waiting on a cple more to arrive,but the best advice I can give is just take it a slow step at a time.
Thanks for the suggestion 178-bplatoon. I am shopping for a nicer brush, I have a budget of $30. The Semogue 1305 is top on the list at the moment, I like the look of the handle. . I'll look up the #6 though!
Hi Ian, I've been looking at the omega 98 and the 49 as well. I can't decide which one to go with... Too many options!
Yep that is the problem NRod far too many options but the 49 is a big monster but it is a great brush,also the prices being cheap as they are means I can buy a new brush every cple months to see if I like it or not and will put it into my brush rotation when I am satisfied with what I have.

Welcome! You really can't go wrong with either brush. Low cost of investment and since both are excellent performers = great value!
