Very refreshing!
That sounds like a nice kit =) I'm glad you like it, it's strange you have not tried it before, was it not appealing before?

I've seen other members using injectors, and thought they were cool. They are pretty inexpensive, I found that J1 at a good price and bought it. I'm glad I did.

Happy birthday Joe =D you will figure out that soap some day =P That clubman AS sounds nice =P what did the family think about the smell?
OOOPS! I forgot to leave some text. My head feels like it is filled with wet oatmeal this morning and I'm a little spacey. Got a call from my Treasurer to sign a bunch of checks and my Office Assistant to take care of some business that accumulated in the last 11 days so sorry for the late response as I posted and took off for the Office. The Fougere is great for cushion and glide and the scent is very pleasant. Very much like a sweet forest; a lot of oakmoss and floral scents. My nose is plugged pretty much this morning but, the scent was heavy and I got the a sense of patchoulie and vanilla? I will have to use this SS again when the nose is not so stuffed up but it is a very pleasant scent and it is a keeper on my list. I'm sure I will get an even better appreciation of it then.
Shave of the day Pre- Hot shower + homemade PSO Soap/cream- Razorock classic Brush- Turkish #6 Razor- Mühle R89 Blade- Astra SP Post- Cold water rinse, alum block and Nivea ASB I have been fortunate enough to have made some really good friends on this forum. One of which is Kerry. Thanks to him I had a chance to first try Stirling shave soaps and now his generosity has extended a bit longer. In today's shave I have tried 2 new products. Thanks again @RaZorBurn123 =D Razorock classic shave soap and Turkish #6. I will start with the RR soap. This soap smells just amazing! I little on the stronger side but I REALLY DONT mind =D it was easy to lather even though It was the first time using the #6 brush. I can see this brush has nice potential, but this first lather was a liittle scritchy. It wasn't very comfortable first lather. Maybe I should have don't some test lathers to soften it up a bit. I got my first real stubborn weeper. I might have had a small zit that I nicked, because I was pretty careful =) no problem It went away with my alum block. The feedback from the alum was really reassuring. Exept for the chin part (my problem area and where I got a nick) it didn't sting as much as in the beginning. All in all, I got a real nice shave. I could have eased up a little more on the pressure. But I'm still learning =P
