Yeah I've seen those but at that price I got 100 Personna Blades and they're USA made. I just can't justify it just because of the lube strip. I'm sure in India one could probably get all those for $.50

I have yet to try them. I got the Personna blades at the same time but I was more eager to try them first because I am a huge ASR-fan. I will use one tomorrow and let you know. Also please note that the Dorco blades only work with the Atra system (and their own system which you can get at Dollar General BTW). They won't work with the non-pivoting Trac II. The Personna blades will work with both and so will the SuperMax.
Saturday Bulldog Men Sensitive face wash Gillette "Fatboy" (5) Gillette Platinum blade (1) Speick Men SC Shavemac Silvertip brush / custom handle Nivea Men Sensitive asb With the bright and shiny ultrasonic cleaned Fatboy, I took it for a spin today after a long absence of use. Along with hot lather from my Korium scuttle I went to town after a nice hot shower. Started out on 5 and finished on 5, but with a bit sore skin and one small nick. Shave felt rough. I have used my Fat Handle Tech and Star DE for some time now, so I'm out of practise. Tomorrow I'll alter the angle and pressure and I'm sure it'll be smooooooth like I remember. Nevertheless, stubble-wise it was a BBS.

T.I. Magard's Fougere Sauvage Homemade badger Very Nice shave this morning. I'm leaving on vacation for a few days and decided to take along a horse brush. I'm sure it's a mistake but I'll just have to suck it up for a few days. Have a good one.

Brush: Whipped Dog 30/45 Silvertip Razor: Gillette 195 Fat Boy date code F1 first qtr 1960 Blade: Feather Mug: Old Spice 1985 Cobalt Blue Cream: The Gentlemen Cedar Post shave: Thayers Cucumber Witch Hazel, Jack Black cooling gel Armani mania Looking for a Gentlemenly shave today as I try a new shave cream recommend by J_Man. The Gentlemen Cedar lathered up nicely with my Silvertip, after I got the water ratio correct with just a dollop of cream. No extra prep today so I could see how The Gentlemen stood on his own. Impressive! Nice thick lather with good slickness and cushion. What can I say about the FB with a new Feather blade! Sweet!!!! With my growing rotation of razors, I have not used it in over a week. This thing is like a tank. It is so solid and the weight lets me just let it glide over my face for a great shave. WTG XTG on my face and neck on 6 then ATG on my neck and upper lip on 5 with some touchup where I have a large scar on my neck on the right side. There was a time that only my Braun could get in there for a close shave. The Gentlemen was very good as it did not dry out as I did my touch ups and stayed slick. A hardy cheerio J_Man for a delightfull find, that contributed to a very Gentlemenly shave, that I followed up Thayers Cucumber WH, and Jack Black gel. Finished off with a very Gentlemenly Armani mania. Good show!

Thanks! I got lucky on the bay. It was my first vintage, and except for cleaning it after I use it, it's untouched, even the numbers are original.
Well every so often I do post something useful. For the Ebay price of $16 for 2 5.3oz jars it's a great deal. And while I'm here might as well post my SOTD. Prep ~Hot shower, moisturizing face wash Brush ~VDH Badger Razor ~2011 R41 Blade ~Gillette 7 O'clock sharp edge Cream ~True Gentlemen Cedar Post ~None, the Cedar cream leaves my skin feeling so moisturized that I didn't feel the need to follow up with anything else.
