Nivea Energy Balm Cella is such a nice soap. Once again the Merkur 15c was wonderful! No irration. No weepers. 3pass DFS Go out and get it!
10/21/2014 Open Comb October Prep: Hot shower with Nivea Face Wash with menthol, home made PSO Razor: Valet Autostrop OC, Dubl Duck Goldedge straight razor Blade: Modified Gem PTFE coated SE blade (1) Brush: Col Conk Pure Badger Soap: L'Occitane - Cade After: Home made ASB, Aqua Velva Musk after shave Cologne: Prada - Amber Pour Homme Intense Another 2 pass Darn Fine Shave this morning. The badger whipped up the Cade to an almost yogurt like consistency. I modified and loaded up a new blade for the Valet last night. The Valet and the Duck had no problems mowing down the stubble. The Prada will have me smelling great all day. Have a blessed day!
This will be the first shave with my new Merkur 15c razor, Personna blade, TOBS Grapefruit, and Vie-Long Horse Hair brush. They are all stuff I bought with birthday money.
Oct 21 2014 LC NEW, ball end Wilkinson classic blade, 20th and last use Soap Commander Passion soap, sample Vie Long Peleón horse hair brush HTGAM Scentsless AS British Sterling cologne While I did get a very nice DFS today, towards the end it just didn't feel as good, so I decided to dump it and use a new blade tomorrow. I probably could have got a few more shaves, but no need to have a less enjoyable shave. I liked the Soap Commander, this was my first time trying any of their products. I liked the scent, was a little light. Didn't take much to give me a nice lather to shave with.
I'm still going strong with my ATT H2. Getting some great shaves from it. I think there's only a few days of the Proraso white left. Unfortunately I'm out of town the next couple days so I'll have to put a hold on OCtober and shave with a cart. I was really tempted to check a bag so I could take an OC with me but waiting around for a half hour to get it after the flight just wasn't a great option. Might change up the razor when I get home. Maybe a NEW...or an Old Type.

Dickerson WH Aftershave: Fine Platinum. Nivea Energy Balm WSP lathered like a dream. I love the Merkur 15c! I've had nothing but great shaves since I've been using it. Go out and get it!

Boker Master Razor straight razor Blade: Pol Silver Super Iridium (5) Brush: Turkish #6 Soap: Mitchell's Wool Fat After: Home made ASB, Aqua Velva Ice Blue after shave Cologne: Prada - Eau De Toilette A 2 pass Darn Fine Shave on this fine day. The #6 whipped the MWF to a good consistency. The Boker and the Senator did their job well. The AV brought the chill and the Prada will keep me smelling great all day. Have a blessed day!

I kind of test tried the Lilac Vegetal on my wrist and back of hand a couple of days ago, seemed ok and the wife liked the scent, so I figured I'd go all out today and use it like I would normally use my AS. So far so good, the wife should be home soon for the real test. ☺

today I used the Conrad open comb. I have the box tour to thank for this razor. it's a two piece, from what I gather is similar to the Barbasol razors. a touch light, but shaves nice.

The soap is really does kind of remind me of the smells from going to the beach. Even four hours later my bathroom still has a faint smell of the soap. ☺
