NOVember 4's Nivea for Men Sensitive Face Wash C.O. Bigelow Shaving Cream Omega Pro 98 boar brush Gillette Super Speed '47 Astra SP CWR, Asma Alum Block Thayers Lemon WH Pinaud Clubman The C.O. Bigelow Shaving Cream face-lathered very easily with my Omega Pro 98 Boar Brush. Two passes with my '47 Gillette Super Speed and Astra SP blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, alum block, and a final cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayers Lemon WH and then Pinaud Clubman after shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
Thank you for your kind words, but all of the praise should go towards, Steve, Oscar11, who just happens to be a talented genius with brush handles! I think so highly of his work that I have a multitude of them and you may start getting bored of them if I keep posting them, here!
I've been coveting Steve's brushes every since I saw the first one here. First one of his I have seen like that.
Awhile back I injured my back and my neck. At the time the injuries to my neck were not a worry, but they are getting worse. Of douse dealing with my employing agency is like trying to pull the wisdom teeth from an adult 6ft. long rattle snake!

Feel better soon Patrick! Tabac never fails Just another superb shave thanks to Tabac. Amazingly easy, protective lather and great post shave feel. I could hardly feel my SC101 cutting down my stubble. I finished with Fine Platinum and Tabac EdC.
November 4, 2014 Prep: warm wash Lather: IanS Soaps (etsy) Scuttle: Georgetown G12 Brush: Omega 10006 Razor: Weber PH Blade: Voskhod (5) Post: Cool rinse and Ogallala Bay Rum Day 5 with the Voskhod was still smooth and close. 3 passes and good to go. Getting more used to shaving my upper lip and getting it closer today. Hope my students are over the "freak out" they had yesterday over seeing my face for the first time.
Tuesday: hot shower w/Pinaud Clubman Musk scented body wash Somersets PSO Gillette Black Handled SuperSpeed 2 passes SuperMax SP Tiger (4) EverReady boar Institut Karite soap in a warm mug Thayers unscented w/aloe Pinaud Clubman Musk AS cologne Another mild and smooth one today.
Tuesday: Neutrogena Men Facial Wash #6 Horsehair Micro-Touch/Dorco day 4 Stirling Black Ice SS Lubriderm Unscented Moisturizer Proraso Green AS Dolce & Gabbana EdT A pretty good shave from my Micro-Touch razor although now I've come to the conclusion that it just doesn't give the same results as my Super Speed. I'd rate this shave as a DFS, but not better. The Black Ice soap is nowhere near as powerfully-mentholated as the Glacial Obsidian, but it still gives a very nice menthol sensation with terrific lather and good blade glide. It also has great soothing to it. The Proraso Green aftershave is tremendous in the cooling and skincare department.

Tuesday, November 4, 2014 Prep: Warm shower, Cetaphil Lotion Razor: Schick Adjustable Blade: Schick (5) Lather: Proraso Blue Cream Brush: Oscar11 w/ Omega 20248 Knot Post: Witch Hazel, Cetaphil Lotion Aftershave: Vintage Shulton Old Spice This was my first time using the Proraso Blue Cream for sensitive skin. It's no surprise that it works every bit as good as the Green and Red, but as an added bonus, it leaves my skin feeling even better. Very Nice. Have a great day!
