antique store finds Gillette short comb, bar handle new I got a straight, seemed of odd design. it is named kiebitz. I don't even know how to care for it yet. just so unusual,I couldn't turn it down.
I'm so tempted to go check out some antique stores - but I've tried it a couple of times here in the city and I've never seen anything shaving related
some look at you like your asking in another language, some direct you right to what they have, some say,"I have sixty booths rented out,I don't know what they have in there". I have done very well in a few of the antique stores in my area, way better than auction sites. the variety of what is available is limited, but sometimes they pay off.
The Turkish mail arrived! 17 days from Bestshave. Not bad. 5 x Yuma razors ... yeppers... FIVE! I love the shaves from these lightweight cheapos. This lot was less ugly than the last one I bought. Good PIF item. #6 brush ... this one is a little crooked, but I bet it lathers like a champ. #1 brush ... it's honkin' BIG! Arko soap in a bowl. Looks and smells just like the stick. I bet it is the same. I wanted the bowl. It is smaller than the Cella red bowl.
