I'm sorry, I can't do that. I believe it fell off a truck and is being used by a band of hobos.

I'm a fan of the post office. Like any business there can be issues, but unlike UPS or Fedex, they always deliver to me and are always friendly. I hate Fedex and UPS with a passion.

I've honestly always had good luck with FedEx, UPS on the other hand doesn't like to stop at my house, so the packages are always marked as out for delivery in the morning and in the evening their site says delivery attempt failed, no one home--even though I was home the whole day.

That's the same problem I've had with UPS. Once I watched a driver pull up, get out of his truck, no package in hand, walk to my door, not knock, and put the sticker on my door and walk away. Of course I confronted him, he didn't realize I'd seen the whole thing and he lied to me. I got my package from him, called UPS to complain, and was told that was driver's discretion... I usually have had good luck with Fedex in the past, but lately they've been choosing not to deliver even though I've got a waiver on file with them.

Now for an update. It arrived and I got my daily shave in with it. I'm not really fond of it, too mild for me.... And that's how impulse buys usually go for me. At least it was only $20.00. I couldn't pass up a new 33c for that price.

USPS managed to lose a package that was supposed to arrive Wed. According to their tracking, it was delivered (at a time when I was home.) It was nowhere to be found. It contained a live plant, so it won't survive to find its way here. Fortunately, the company insures its packages, will file a claim & replace it for me.

I can honestly say that, while I've never had USPS lose or not deliver a package, I have ha issues where they simply didn't update the status for days on end. In fact, I have a tube of Coate's Cream on the way, and the status hasn't been updated since Monday (10Nov), when it left the seller's local post office

FedEx recently lost a parcel I was shipping to Canada, although they eventually found and delivered it after I contacted them. They do their best to keep customers from contacting them directly, though. Of far greater concern was that the tracking info showed the parcel was in Canadian customs. The truth was that it had been erroneously shipped to an Indiana facility and had never entered Canada. Other than that, I have had great results with FedEx, for both domestic and international shipping.

USPS generally has good service, too. They did "lose" my first wetshaving shipment ever, all the while telling me they could not find the package. The USPS tracking info turned out to be spot on, yet the Post Office still could not locate the package. I finally gave up, but four months later I was notified that the package had arrived. All my other USPS shipments were delivered without the slightest hitch, so I use them whenever I possibly can. They tend to be more affordable that FedEx, too.

I don't want to even begin to start with my dislike of the service of the USPS. It raises my blood pressure. :angry019:

I ship upwards of 25 packages a week via USPS both nationally and internationally. Of all these shipments, only 1 package was lost last year. I would start an inquiry with them and call back and check in on it every other day until something shakes.
Sorry to hear of your troubles, hope this is the end of it.

My wife and I moved into our house about four months ago. Unfortunately, the previous owners of this house have the same last name that we have. So for about two months our mail delivery was spotty or non existent. The previous owners were idiots. When they did their change of address form, they had mail for "last name" family to go to their new address. That included all of our mail too, since they did not specify any first names.

Our mail carrier is wonderful though and she finally got it all straightened out for us. She will be getting a nice Christmas present from us this year.

USPS has not lost a package on me but I'm amazed at their inefficiency. I can order something from a vendor who uses the FedEx/USPS delivery option and the FedEx portion of the shipment will usually take two days from clear across the country and then the USPS will take an additional three days to get it across town to my mailbox! Tip; we're coming into the Christmas mailing season so this might not be a good time to order anything.
