Sometimes I really wish I could grow a hardy mustache. I've tried a couple of times, but I always end up looking like a creepy guy that isn't allowed within 200 yards of a playground or school. Damn these straggly light color hairs of mine! Anybody else have this issue?
Nope. I've got a Thomas Magnum going on right now. Not a Higgins but a full out, no-fooling Magnum. The rest of my face does not look like Magnum's, but I have his stache.
I have no earthly idea. When I met SWMBO I had something that may have resembled a stache (I was 22 at the time). But since she isn't fond of a mustache I shaved it off. That was 25 years ago. But considering the rest of my facial hair growth I think that if I let it grow again it won't amount to much... No Magnum for me.
Had a dark 'stache from 1979 until about 2005 or 2006 when it turned grey. Recently, as of November 1 (Movember), it has resurfaced… Me with the troops, 1995…..
I've have a fairly small, neatly trimmed stache since about 1982. Nothing anywhere near a Magnum. Shaved it off once in '85, #15 didn't like it, and she told me so. A few weeks later, it was back and it's been there since.
