try a fiberglass pen, google or amazon, some radioshacks carry them also. hope it helps they do work.

 

just be sure not to expose any bare skin on the hands or arms when using these fiberglass pens. Otherwise you'll be in for world of itchiness.....

Maas and extra fine steel wool usually does the trick.

 

Thanks! unfortunately, I was remiss in taking some 'before' shots. This razor wasn't in terrible shape; mainly needed to be re-pinned, cleaned & polished up. The blade had some bad gunky areas, but when cleaned, minimal pitting.
