December 9's Nivea Men's Face Wash Kiss My Face Cool Mint moisture shave Vie-Long Horse Hair brush '62 Gillette Slim Feather Hi-Stainless CWR, Asma Alum Block Thayers Lemon WH Pinaud Vegetal I had a week of growth on each cheek. Monday, I had the stitches taken out on the right side, so I was ready to get rid of the scruff. The Kiss My Face Cool Mint moisture shave face-lathered well with my Vie-Long Horse Hair Brush. I set my '62 Gillette Slim on six and two passes with it and a Feather Hi-Stainless blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. It was no problem for the Feather. It was like a warm knife through warm butter. No cuts, nicks, or abrasions... After a cold water rinse, alum block, and a final cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayers Lemon WH and then Pinaud Vegetal after shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
Winter is Here! I missed out on the limited edition scent Fall, but not this time. The Winter is a unique blend and complex scent. You pick up key notes out of the tin, but then the scent changes a bit once you lather it up. I think it will be somewhat of a polarizing scent, but it sparks a childhood memory for me so it's a keeper. The performance is fantastic, nothing bad to say about the select line. If you have the chance, grab it before it's gone. Monday was a fun day...more shaving goodies should be arriving soon.
Brush - Parker blk badger Razor - Merkur Blade - Gillette Nacet SS Soap - LumberJack (The Copper Hat) AS - Red Cedar ( Anthony Gold) Received the shave soap and AS from "The Copper Hat" small company from Victoria BC. Tried together for the first time, liked them both. I wished the Red Cedar scent lasted longer though.

Evening shave for Tomorrow My first shave with this restored Sheffield razor from the Turner & Co. Suffolk Works (1834-1890). The old beat-up blade cleaned up well took a relatively easy-to-achieve keen edge and felt comfortable on the face. Unlike the other two recent restores, there's no spike or square point to worry about on this the third big-bladed razor I've used recently. I especially liked the thumb notch on the tang. Super-easy & close three pass shave! Have a great Tuesday, everyone! The original blade…
What razor is this? Makes me think of either 'Back To The Future' or a Lamborhini Countach. Good razor?

Tuesday: Neutrogena Men Facial Wash Large Horsehair Barbershop Super Speed/7 AM day 6 Ingram Green SC Gold Bond Moisturizer Osage Rub AS Another fabulous shave this morning - this time from my most cherished and favourite DE. This 1950s Super Speed is one hell of a reliable razor because it gives such smooth and comfortable BBS results so easily for the most part. The Egyptian-produced Ingram Green cream has more menthol in it than the original versions both from Egypt and the UK and it lathers so fast and richly. The skincare is also pretty good and it leaves the skin well-moisturized as well as cool. The Gold Bond moisturizer, together with the Rubby Dubby Doo is a great way to finish off.
