My girlfriend got me Lucky tiger bay rum aftershave splash from Amazon.co.uk. The cap was broken and I contacted the vendor. They asked me if I wanted a refund or a replacement. He is sending another one as soon as possible. They answered the day after I sent the message and were really friendly. I recommend them. Great customer service. I'm really happy with the experience with them.
Excellent! Since I've been buying online I've never had an issue with a seller/vendor making a wrong right.
I was expecting a new cap or something. Not a replacement, but It's better, I don't know what to transport it too. But I will find a way, I don't wanna throw it away for nothing. It was great customer service, I like to give credit where credit is due.
Do you have a discount store in your area? Try buying a plastic bottle, you could use aluminum foil as a temporary cap.
Amazon's customer service is above first class especially if your a prime member. I can't tell you how many times during Christmas last year and this year I'd buy an item then the item would go on like $25 off what I paid. I called and they refund the difference. They are spectacular!!!
You can get a hot sauce bottle or something similar at the grocery store pretty cheap and transfer the AS to a glass bottle. That's how I store all my after shaves now-a-days to get the product out of the plastic bottles so many AS's now come in.. A tiny funnel, even a homemade paper one helps a lot in the transfer.
