My, oh my, was I ever shocked when I first saw this lovely soap. First of all, it has a soft putty-like consistency, and easily molds into any bowl. It has a very pleasant bitter almond scent, similar to Valobra soap, and does it ever lather like mad. Another feature of this soap is the soothing protection, so important during a shave. Where do you find it? Check out www.olivia-seife.de

I was given this soap as a gift by a good friend of mine.
The soap looks like a really hard bendable creamy material.and you can bend it into any shape or modell that you like or see fit for it to fit any container you have.
Its growing on me more and more of my favorite soap each time I use it.
    Has a light almondy scent.

This stuff is an absolute gem.

Just bought another block of it from Olivia's and man do I love it.

The Cella shave soap is an excellent product, and its one of only a few soaps I have tried which lathers like a cream.

Aside from lathering "like" a cream, it also shaves like a cream. What this means is that you won't get the lubrication you would from another soap [such as your standard tallow-based or glycerin soap], and at the same time the Cella is very thick and cushion-y so you may have to do more passes than you normally would with a shave soap to get the desired BBS.

I would throw this soap in the same category with Valobra (soft soaps), and to that extent I prefer the Valobra.

I also like the subtle, smooth almond scent :happy088

    Pretty nice shaving soap

Lathers quite nicely and lasts throughout the shave. The scent is quite pleasant - very soapy. It protects quite well the skin and feels good while you are shaving. This putty substance can be molded into any shape of bowl. I prefer larger bowls which allow for better lathering - much superior to small cups. Also, I now use an exfoliating facial scrub before shaving which really conditions my skin well for the shave. I'm not sure why but the exfoliating facial scrub makes me get an amazingly good shave while providing much better protection for my sensitive skin. This Cella Crema Sapone is fun to use. It provides an old-time Italian barbershop feeling.

    Excellent Soft Soap

After super lathering for the majority of my de career decided to try a soft soap.

Used a slant with a new $21US ebay silvertip badger brush. A few swirls with more water than anticipated created a nice clean thin protective lather for a close comfortable shave.

The brush held lather for multiple passes. Skin moisturizing is very good.

    Wonderful

My first step up from "drugstore" shave soaps turned out to be a major leap!.
S-o-o easy to lather, run a wet finger tip over the bowl and >poof< you have lather. Classic bold container in Ferrari Red , and what a scent. Cella is bella !
