Today's shave is with with my Dad's Schick E3. At some point, he replaced the handle with a wooden handle that he made. The next seven shaves will be with this 60+ year old razor.

The C.O. Bigelow Shave Cream face-lathered well with my Wild Cherry Silver Tip Brush. Two passes with my Schick E3 and Schick Platinum Plus Injector blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, alum block, and a final cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayers Rose Petal WH and then Barbasol after shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

I find that the Jagger/Astra combo works really well for me, the Jagger and other blade combinations are noticeably less pleasant. Overall a solid shave today.

My first shave with this Ever-Ready razor and the only thing I can say is that it was fantastic. It shaves better than my R41.

 

Ferox + Gondolier = amazing
I used my other favorite citrus today - B&M Ferox. I love the peppery grapefruit scent and optimal post shave feel. Gondolier is an excellent compliment, leaving me smelling great. Der Vorschlaghammer comfortably cleared my stubble with almost no effort.

Nice early morning shave today. Milking the last pieces of my beloved MWF. My new puck comes in the mail tomorrow. So I'm happy. Still loving the Lord Platinum blades, by the way. Perfect ratio between sharpness and smoothness. Damn fine shave.

Soap Commander Courage today. 20 seconds: load & go with the ER brush. Great, easy lather. Gillette Spoiler still in the NEW-7th day. Not even a slight tug. Excellent, smooth, close, nick free shave. I finished with Azzaro.

An almost BBS shave this morning. The Speick was whipped into a perfect lather by the #6. The 1903 and the Frenchy did their jobs admirably. The Speick AS was a great finish and the Oud will have me smelling great all day.
