    Evening Shave for Tomorrow
A 'Cool' menthol & eucalyptus-scented shave this eve, thanks to the Stirling soap. Another extremely smooth, comfortable 3-pass shave mit der Hans.
After having the day off today, I'm almost ready to face the workload tomorrow….

    Have a happy HumpDay, everyone!

  5. Krampert's Day
I tried Krampert's Finest Acadian Spice Bay Rum soap today. It was also my first go with a Seifenglatt soap. I'll make a full review after a few more uses, but I will say this is legit. The scent matches the excellent aftershave, and the post shave feel is excellent. My face is smooth and happy. Lather was easy to build, slick and lasting.

Soap: Krampert's Finest Acadian Spice Bay Rum Soap

today's shave went well. I always love when my Parker is up to bat. the weight and form, softness and bulb can only be described as "luxurious". three passes with the hd left me very nicely smooth. finished with iced and atomized Florida water.
hope y'all did as well, or better.

First time use of Tiki Cabernet Neroli, robust scent! Red wine and citrus. Super easy to lather, slick, cushion-y and outstanding skincare. I also shave my head this morning. I'm going to do it at least once a week.

Le Grelot 361 The Lord Barber, 5/8 Full Hollow, Round Point

Lovely shave! This Le Grelot straight razor really is The Lord Barber. Smooth and keen, it gave me a superb shave. I must say this Mastro Livi brush is a super performer, soft with the right backbone, it is a real joy to use. A generous splash of my Bay Rum and my skin was absolutely smooth and velvety, with a lovely smell.

  14. I'd like to make an observation. I'm still new at this DE shaving stuff (less than a year), but I don't think I'd ever be "brave enough" to use a straight. There are some amazing pics of some beautiful straights in this thread and those who use them have my utmost respect and admiration. All I can say is "You're a better man than I am!"

Keep sending the pics, they're awesome!

    Soap - Arko
    Brush - Turkish #6
    Razor - Merkur 34C
    Blade - Astra SP(2)
    AS - Pinaud Clubman Musk

OK shave, nothing to do back flips over. Decided to try a shave without the Corn Huskers today. Didn't notice much of a difference in quality of shave if I am honest with myself. I am enjoying the Clubman Musk more each time I use it.

Relatively mild morning today. Some slight flurries but temps in the low 30s. Sidewalks are kind of icy so Chico and I took our time walking. For some reason the canal that flows through downtown was uncharacteristically noisy today. It was actually kind of eerie lol...

Don't miss it at That Shave Life!:yoda
  18. Straights are awesome, but they take a lot of care and you have to be really patient to develop your technique. I have one, and I have only shaved my cheeks with it. I haven't ventured further because I don't have the confidence. I believe that is why so many men had full beards in the past before safety razors. You needed a professional if you wanted to be clean shaven.
  19. I take that as quite the compliment coming from a talented photographer such as yourself…thanks! :signs001:

Much better 3 pass shave today. Not BBS but as close as I can get on a work morning. I do have my work day routine down now. The shave takes a little less than 10 minutes from the time I exit the shower to the AS splash and clean up.
