Loads of protective lather
The Krampert's soap has a wide sweet spot in its water tolerance. Today I used a bit more water and I was rewarded with a tremendous amount of thick lather very quickly.
My 100 pack of Voskhods came in yesterday I didn't mind waiting three weeks to get such a great bargain price. Der Vorschlaghammer was well behaved and smooth, though I did get a surprise weeper after my first pass. It closed quickly and my face feels great now. I finished with KFBR and I'm ready to face the sleet.

today's shave went well. the old Ever-Ready ain't pretty, but I like it anyway. Nana June's is great soap. do some of you Texas guys know if they ever opened under a different brand?
three passes and finish with iced bay rum, very nice shave.

Well, R.I.P., my camera died. Nice shave, though. The Pyramid 7 is a very plain Jane razor but have always been good shavers, at one time I had quite a collection of them but ended up selling most of them off. I've never felt good about selling any of my razors but how many goes a guy need? Have a good one. I'll be shopping for a new camera soon.

LASS Woody Lavender today. 20 seconds: load & go with the WD Silvertip. Superb, easy, thick, cushioning lather. Polsilver SI still in the Red Tip. Excellent, smooth, close, nick free shave. I finished with Fine American Blend.

After: Home made ASB, Tabac after shave

Another Darn Fine Shave. The #6 whipped up the Tabac into a thick and rich lather. The Cobra and the Fily did their job easily. The Tabac AS and EDC will have me smelling good for the rest of the day.
