Fantastic 3 pass shave this morning. The SS Baker Street is so slick that I caught the baby. On to the last test blade, Feather Super which has greater blade exposure and gap than all the other blades. Glad I waited to the end to try it out. Have a great weekend.

I returned to my tub of Klar Kabinett after a 3 week dalliance with a few other soaps. So easy to make a rich and slick face lather with this soap. I have to use it up so I break into my Dusy Kabinett sometime next month. The New SC delivered again but did help me open a weeper on my lower neck which stopped with the rinse of cold water. 3 passes and I am ready for the weekend with my wife and sons.

With yesterdays shave I thought the Vintage PoliSilver was getting long in the tooth and should put it to rest, but I was wrong. Wonderful 2 pass shave with the Joris Thuja Wood this morning and I believe I probably could get 20 shaves out this blade but I have a Cobra Classic waiting in the wings I plan to use that beauty with Monday's shave. First time using the Saponificio Varesino Dolomiti this morning and a wonderful lather and post shave feel. My granddaughter was kind enough to pass along her cold to me so cannot pickup the aroma but my niece who is here visiting from Portland stated it smelled like something Grandpa would wear. Don't now if that was a compliment or not at this point.​
