Wednesday's Nivea Men's Face Wash TOBS Lavender Jayaruh WC1 Silver Tip Schick Krona Personna Super Stainless CWR, Asma Alum Block Thayers Lemon WH Pinaud Clubman Classic Vanilla The TOBS Lavender Shave Cream face-lathered well with my Jayaruh WC1 Silver Tip Brush. Two passes with my Schick Krona and a Personna Super Stainless Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, alum block, and a final cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayers Lemon WH and then Pinaud Clubman Classic Vanilla after shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
Wednesday morning will feature this set-up: Neutrogena Men Facial Wash Large Horsehair Barbershop Super Speed/SuperMax Blue day 3 Ingram Blue SC Lubriderm Unscented Moisturizer Proraso Green AS Fahrenheit EdT Not nearly as bitterly-cold as yesterday and today but still cold enough to satisfy my menthol cravings. The Egyptian Ingram Blue actually packs a somewhat stronger cooling effect than the original British version, with the same nice scent and lather. This version from Egypt doesn't become watery and separate like the British cream does, sometimes. The Proraso Green aftershave feels so cooling and nice, and the scent is manly and clean. Today's shave was awesome - let's see how I do tomorrow.
I knew it was a limited edition but had no idea about the number 15 and its significance. That's very special.
Tuesday, Feb.24, 2015 Schick E2 Injector with Schick blade (1), Semogue 1305 boar bristle brush, lather-up with Arko – shave, finish with cold water, Witch Hazel and Krampert's Bay Rum for a DFS!
DFS love that lime, smells so got I wanted to taste it, lathers great. 3rd shave on Astra SP blade will not be a 4th. I like that blade.

WEDNESDAY Evening Shave for Tomorrow Sweet, noisy, and smooth shave with this Böhler Stahl. It is especially nice to use when I'm a bit whipped after a busy day—the round tip is a blessing. I may stick with this razor a few more consecutive days before swapping out for another…it's been that good! Have a great Hump Day, all!
Planned Weds SOTD 59' fatboy Rapira blade B&B Essential brush TOBS Jermyn St Collection shaving cream Lucky Tiger Bay Rum aftershave Been limiting myself to one pass shaves this week. Will be doing the same Weds.
Cold River Wednesday Really nice shave today. Smooth and easy. I was concerned at first because I thought I hadn't whipped up the CRSW thickly enough, but the results say otherwise. My face feels great and the alcohol in Fine Platinum did not sting much at all. That tells me the shave went very well. Prep: Proraso White Soap: Cold River Soap Works Citrus Brush: HIS Razor: Gillette Aristocrat Blade: Voskhod (3) AS: Fine Platinum
I've been faithfully using it as a pre-shave since right around Christmas. I think it adds an element of softening/slickness to the first pass that is really nice. I also think it is just a good skin conditioner. I have a goatee/circle beard right now and I don't seem to have as much of the dry flaky skin I normally get under longer whiskers. I try to use a dime-nickel sized dollop and massage it in well on my entire beard and neck area.
