Monday! I know I’ve been slacking lately on the frequency of blog posts, mainly because life keeps popping up and pushing the priority of posting to the bottom of the pile. Wonderful shave this morning, everything just worked so well together. Now off to pick up my grand daughter at the airport.

Another great shave today. I could get used to this setup. Two pass DFS. On the second pass I went XTG on my face and used the Gillette slide on my neck. Voila! Done! No nicks, bites or any other problems. Irritation was less than yesterday according to the alum so hit the Aqual Velva and let's go sell!!

MdC today. 20 seconds to load the ER Silvertip. Always a great, easy, thick, lather. I put one of my last two 7 O’Clock Blues in the NEW SC. The good news is that they have shown up again and I have 100 on the way from Russia!! Nice smooth, close, shave. I finished with CC Sweet Water.

Another great 3 pass shave this morning. Starting to get the hang of this razor so the shave was better and easier today. The ATT S1 is very smooth, mild but efficient. It does require a little more work than the Mongoose to get the same results. Looking forward to comparing it to the S2 next week.

Soap: Stirling - Frozen Tundra
After: Home made ASB, Osage Rub after shave
Cologne: Gravity

It was a really cold Menthol Monday shave this morning. The Frozen Tundra was faced lathered well with the Vie Long brush. My chin felt like it was buried in snow. The Cobra and the Boker did their jobs with distinction. The Osage Rub made my chin go numb from the cold and the Gravity will have me smelling good for the rest of the day. All things considered, a Darn Fine Shave + was the result.

The Mystic Water sensitive soap is fragrance free but has a pleasant herbal smell from the soothing calendula flower extract. Great performance.

Ladas reminded rapira super stainless blades with it's shaving style I didn't notice much difference but had a nice shave this morning. Arko shaving cream is pretty fresh this time. I can feel the menthol in it.
