As far as I'm concern this razor is a POS. I don't think I've ever spent more time messing with an edge and got the less results.
This actually starting rusting during the sharpening process. Nice scales though, lol. By nature, I'm an Indian it's not the arrow type of guy but I will waste no more time one this one. Have a good one.

The Egyptian Palmolive Menthol cream is awfully cold - easily as much as the Italian version. The scent grew on me somewhat, but I still prefer the Italian stuff. It performed great for me. The Sharp blade however, seems to be getting duller too quickly.

Joseph Rodgers & Sons, 7/8 Quarter Hollow, Barber's Notch

Joseph Rodgers is one of my favorite old Sheffield straight razor maker. The touch on the skin of this great razor is just wonderful, despite of its very old age, it is still capable of giving a superb shave. I also like Elberel P.160 Professional Vetiver aftershave, old style and, unfortunately, discontinued - just like the glorious Elberel P.160 shaving soap - it has a lovely fragrance of menthol and vetiver, leaving a smooth and velvety skin.
    • Pre-Shave: Myrsol Emulsión

Very close shave early this morn with an large old English blade. This Turner & Co took a very keen edge and I really enjoy the feel of the thumb notch in the tang while shaving.
    A darn near BBS shave….

Fantastic 3 pass shave this morning. Not quite BBS but oh so close. I am reminded again with today's shave, how well the New LC works for me.
