SOTD Prep: Hot shower Brush: Plisson Soap: Tiki Tallow Redwood Razor: Gillette slim adjustable w/ a feather Post: Home-made bay rum aftershave The scent isn't my favourite, but Tiki lathers like you wouldn't believe. You know the saying "load it like you hate it?". For Tiki, it's more like "load it like you had a mild disagreement with it once". Granted, it's a pretty soft soap, but still. I sent my straights off for honing the other day, can't wait to get them back.

My step sister gave me some "Old Spice Lime" for my birthday one year. I know that it ended up in my Fathers Shaving Den. When he died in 1984 it was still there. @ObiDon, @Troy M We are starting to show that we are almost older than dirt.
Tuesday, March 17, 2015 - St. Patrick's Day "May the roof above us never fall in, and may we friends gathered under it never fall out" (Irish blessing). WD Synthetic C.O. She said, "You smell magically delicious!" I figured she'd say, "No. First you have to splash on some whiskey and another woman's perfume." (My last name's McIntyre. I'm allowed to make jokes like that.)
Shave of the day, full sandalwood shave! Pre- Hot shower, Bulldog Original face wash, 3D Men Schwarzkopf Professional hair and body with Yves Rocher gommage scrub Soap/cream- Taylor of old bond street Sandalwood shaving cream Brush- Whipped dog 24mm silvertip Razor- Gillette Slim adjustable(5) Hero of the day: Merkur 37c Blade- LADAS Post- Cold water rinse, Dr Harris Sandalwood aftershave lotion and Crabtree and Evelyn Sandalwood aftershave balm Man I smell so good, men wanna be me women wanna be with me =P Sandalwood is my scent, I can finally do a full sandalwood shave, and it was good! My slim is acting out a little, it doesn't pair well with the LADAS. It's weird. It's not the blades fault. @RaZorBurn123 I put the blade in my Merkur and continued the shave. I got an amazing shave. Damn, I might stick to the Merkur a while. I might test blades with my Merkur instead of the slim.
