I was really impressed with the Glacial Lemon Chill soap the other day, so I feel like shaving with it again. It gave me such an intense, potent face-freezing sensation which felt wonderful along with perfect lather and skincare. The Gold Bond is definitely the best moisturizing balm I've ever used and its cooling effect is so nice. The Penguin delivers very well on the chilliness as well, and its scent never disrupts an eau de toilette. If I feel any tugging from the Sharp like I did today, I'll throw it away immediately.

 

Jeff, you must be Rods #1 customer! You've been on board since Ryan hooked you up. I could see you going exclusively Stirling.

This is week three of GEM/ER SE Month. GEM MMBT is up to bat and doing a great job.

The TOBS Grapefruit Shaving Cream face-lathered well with my Jayaruh WC1 Silver Tip Brush. Two passes with my GEM MMBT SE razor and a GEM Super Stainless blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, alum block, and a final cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayers Rose Petal WH and then Aqua Velva after shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

I had one of my closest ever shaves using Tabac shaving cream today. I finished it off with bay rum as well. If I had to pick just one combo, this might be it.

Two pass shave nice and close but wound up with some razor burn on my neck just below my chin. - May have overworked it a bit and still don't have much time with the slim. - Think I will dial it back to a 3 for tomorrow.

How is the edc scent? Ive got some on order but the mule train is extra slow this month.

 

Well since you like the Tabac cream, you will love the EdC. To my nose it is double the strength of the cream aroma and last me a couple of hours. Could be that it last longer than that but I have severe sinus issues that I take nasal steroids every morning for the last three years to keep it under control. I consider it my most manly cologne and thankful my grandfather use of the soap and cologne almost daily and I followed in his footsteps.

 

Thats great. I find the scent of soap/creams dont stay with me at all and aftershave seems to wear off extremely quick, outside OS and AQ musk. My grandfather was an old spice guy and I can still foundly recall the awesome lingering smell of the soap and aftershave in my grandparents bathroom.

Ylang ylang EO mesmerizes with its scent I love using it with Arko shaving soap. And I absolutely love my new super speed 40's razor. It gives a really close shave. It's among my favorites with Yuma and Gillette New now!

WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard). I will wipe my face off with Ice Cold Wet Wash Cloth. Then I will apply Pre-Shave oil, I will then be shaving with Hot Water.
Hopefully this will result in a DFS-BBS,and with "No Nicks or Weepers".

Being as I do not have any appointments on Wednesday morning that is why I will shower & shave tomorrow in the morning.
