A cartridge would last me a month, I dreaded shaving so much I used to shave once a week!

In all seriousness, I would do that too. I work in a corporate environment, and would push the 2-3 day professional stubble look as far as I could get away with....

they want to jump on the bandwagon and they see the dollar shave club and others making a lot of money and they need their cut. if its not cartridge razor blades it has to be something else

How exactly does one trash a cartridge razor? Aren't they already trash?
