That's wild! Feathers are now the only blade I use. They only last me 2 three pass shaves. I use a very light touch, letting the weight of the razor do the work in most cases, like with my FB.
I have tried them in my Weber didn't have much luck with them. Have not used them in my ATT set though.
Well maybe the saying YMMV is true. Some people love them some people hate them. Are these blades know as a Love hate relationship?
Today was three passes and an excellent shave. I put in some drops of Rose Essential Oil into the lather for a very nicely scented lather. Provence Santa Rapira Swedish Slim Adjustable
Just got a Ikon DLC Slant and I love it. It is somewhat different than the Shavecraft #102 but beautifully made. I shaved with the DLC/Gillette Silver Blue, Captains Choice Bay Rum soap, Kent BK8 and it was a pleasure.
I just received a Razorock Stealth Slant razor in black aluminum v3 and it was everything I thought it would be. It is a beautifully made razor but I had to overpay on Ebay. I used it with both a Gillette Silver Blue and a Rapira (swedish) and the shave was fantastic with hardly any razor burn of any kind.
April 12 Plans Stirling Sheep facial soap Merkur 37C slant bar razor Feather blade (day 1) Omega 10098 professional boar brush Arko shave stick & glycerin Two passes plus touch-ups Alum, Thayer's Lavender witch hazel, unrefined shea butter, and Nivea Sensitive Post-Shave Balm This will be my last day with the Arko shave stick and boar brush during April. The lather has been off the charts (both volume and quality) with this combo. To compare with something different, I will switch over to a badger brush and load the soap off a puck next week. Grace and Peace!
April 11 SOTD: Homemade PS Oil Musco Real Classic SS FB w/Gillette Silver Blue set on 5 Vie-long Horsehair Brush Musco Real Classic AS A late shave today as my wife, girls, and I are off to the Symphony for the night on a school trip. This was my second shave with the Musco Real, and it just really impresses me. Great sickness and protection, and the scent is just about perfect for me. A BBS except a few trouble spots on the neck. There is one bad part of today's shave. Because it was so good and so late, I honestly will not need to shave tomorrow. Now, I may do it still, but I won't need to.
Sunday's Dove Men Face Wash Williams Mug Shaving Soap Omega Pro 98 boar brush Schick M2 Adjustable Personna Stainless CWR, Asma Alum Block Thayers Lemon WH Aqua Velva The Williams Mug Shaving Soap face-lathered well with my Omega Pro 98 boar Brush. Two passes with my Schick M2 Adjustable razor and a Personna Stainless blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, alum block, and a final cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayers Lemon WH and then Aqua Velva after shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Sunday's action-filled chiller: I was preparing my set-up just a few minutes ago, and all of a sudden I felt something jump on my back and it wasn't my dog - it was the Menthol Monkey! Neutrogena Men Facial Wash Large Horsehair Barbershop Super Speed/Sharp day 7 Italian Palmolive Menthol SC Gold Bond Moisturizer Alcolado Glacial Menthol Splash Chabrawichi 555 Cologne There's just no frigging way I could go more than one day without using mentholated stuff - indeed, I do have a Menthol Monkey on my back and the more I use the cold stuff, the more I enjoy it. Hell, if I could use the Cryogen soap then the Palmolive Menthol cream is kid stuff. It has an awesome scent, it lathers wonderfully, and it gives such a great cooling kick which is so easy to take. The Gold Bond moisturizer feels so fresh and comforting and the Penguin is such an icy delight. Let's see if the Sharp blade can do the job for its last run. To all my Greek friends, I wish you Καλό Πάσχα, και ευλογίες του Θεού για την υγεία και την ευτυχία!
Oh, by the way I was wishing my Greek friends a Happy Easter and God's blessings and health and happiness. Greek is as natural for me to speak as Hebrew because I lived in Thessaloniki, Greece for more than ten years before moving here to Canada.

Planned shave for Sunday April 12 Soap - Arko stick Brush - WD synthetic Razor - Yuma Blade - Ladas (2) AS - Pinaud Clubman Special Reserve Same as Saturday with my travel kit. Provided a very passable shave. As a reward of my daughter, who is a red belt but competed in the Black belt division and took 1st in her age group (much to the displeasure of her competetiors being beat buy a lower belt hehehe), we are up early again Sunday to take her to Shedds Aquarium.
