It really isn't all that different from the astroturfing that goes on all the time on the various wetshaving (and other) forums. Unfortunately, I did not get the PM. Was there a website link or contact info in the PM? At the very least, it would be interesting to see what the razor is like.
I tried to find it but it appears to now be deleted out of my inbox. All I remember is that was out of Pakistan.
I tried looking on Treet's website, www.treetonline.com, but it does not appear to be them. I did find a bunch of Treet blades I never know existed, though. Maybe it is Apollo Safety Razors? They are selling both the handles and complete razors on Amazon, and the description for the handles states they are made in Pakistan.
