Rich from Texas here. Learned how to "shave" in high school with canned goop and single blade bic disposables but then quickly went to electric. My father recently found the old Gillette safety razor that he used at West Point and was passed down to him from his father. This sparked my interest so I bought a few safety razors, some real shaving cream, and a good brush and I have to tell you.....I am Loving the experience. I remember as a kid seeing my dad wet shave and remember his heavy ceramic old spice mug and aftershave (glass bottles back then). I doubt I'll ever go back to electric. Looking forward to learning and some enjoyable discussions. Rich
