What did we learn from our last shaves?

Speick active soap mixed with Speick active cream mixed with Speick active aftershave splash mixed with 444 makes me face feel nice.......

 

I learned how much moisture to use when applying Arko stick. Took three times but I improved.

 

When People Say.. just put a mediocre blade in your slant it will really shave great!!!.... thats BUNK!!! After using several of my less than great blades I thought this 37c may not be for me..... so today I put in a Crystal.... WOW!!! best shave of the lasts two weeks!!

 

Gentlemen, from my last shave...

I learned that shallow blade angle is key to using a Cadet OC three piece razor. And patience.

 

The worst cut I ever had was from a loose TTO mechanism.

 

Ouch, and bleach stings.

 

lather is sooo huge...a well made lather can compinsate for a lot of other things....take/enjoy the time making it

 

That the MMCP isn't a great head shaver. Not that close and many a weeper.

 

I only have one face to shave and I can only do it once a day at the most.

 

I've finally learned that 2 passes is enough, pretty much every day. Both passes are from the top of my face to the bottom of my whiskers on my neck.

 

Yup. I've been a 2 pass with minimal touch up since day one. WTG/XTG for me and touch up is whichever way I see fit.

 

I learned that if I don't put my soap away my youngest daughter will wash it for me by placing and submerging, the whole tub of soap in a sink full of water.

 

I learned the older the Cella is the better.

 

I recently went from 3 passes to 2. It's all I ever really needed. I was just trying to use all the sopa left over in my brush.

 

I learned that the Mongoose with the Feather Super blades is more aggressive than the regular Feather blades. It'll bite for sure.

 

That Feathers are gentler in a Krona but still not my blade. Just too sharp.
