Any recommendations on a good place to get Bay essential oil? I want to try making homemade bay rum using essential oils, and this one seems the least common.
I checked amazon, but I thought maybe someone would have a recommendation for an online supplier. There are several, prices vary, and some don't have Bay Rum. I don't know if the quality varies either. Nature's Kiss has a good selection, but I haven't bought anything from them before and don't know much about them. http://www.natureskissproducts.com/
This looks like a better source, but then I have to add shipping costs. http://www.mountainroseherbs.com/aroma/a-b.php
I picked mine up at amazon. Nice folks at that particular retail place, Nutricity. Fair price & good communication. I order several bottles from them, one leaked during shipment and lost about 1/3 of the bottle. What a mess! They were very apologetic and were nice enough to give 100% refund on that particular bottle. The 'leaky' Rosemary oil on the left....
I ordered the Pimenta Racemosa and 9 other essential oils from Mountain Rose Herbs. This should give me several different scents to play with. The Brambleberry bay rum was a premixed blend, which would diminish the experimentation fun.
That's a very good price for 30ml(?). I find 10-15 ml for a little more than that I found a good one, 50ml for 7,69£ and 2,25£ shipping, but maybe that's a bit much haha
I, too, had good luck on the bay. Try "Dr. Adorable" as one of your search terms. It is a brand, not a seller. 1.1 oz, no dropper is currently $7.79, shipping included. BONUS... Dr. Adorable was one of the best deals I have ever seen on emu oil. Emu oil is semi-miraculous in its multifarious uses.
