    I've had a soap turn to soup, and had to leave it open for 3-4 days. It worked for me...best of luck.

    Ok, it sounds like it absorbed too much moisture. If it was from heat, a spell in the fridge would have fixed it. Now for more questions;
    Where do you keep the soap when it is not being used?
    Is it in a covered container?

    I guess that after you use it, you need to leave it open for a bit, to let it dry.

    I heated some water in the microwave, put it on some shaving soap I had basically melted the soap almost like soft butter. I covered it up in a sealed kitchen container it took almost a week for it solidify, Finally used it up. Learned one thing Do Not Heat the water in a Microwave, to put in shaving mug soap. Tap Water is hot enough!
