The Arkansas River in Colorado. A week of rain all around has brought the river about 2 feet above normal flood stage, but it is dropping now. This pic was taken about 1/2 mile from our house. Worry not, we are about 100 feet higher than the river so all is good. We expect to get back to our normal may temps of 70's, 80's and 90's this week.

Mother's Day 10 inches of snow is melting off rapidly, expecting a warm, dry week. A lot of broken trees, crushed spring flowers and disgusted Mothers around here.

72 degrees, mostly cloudy. Savoring this weather before the Valley of the Sun "fry an egg on the sidewalk" weather hits!

We have flooding arroyos and riverbeds NE of Denver. I assume it's pretty wet down south?

It looks like the rain is over for awhile, we should have a nice dry-out period now.

Today was warm & humid, until this evening's deluge. It was heavy, but thankfully brief.
