These blades give a bbs shave for about 2 days max. Would rank these equal to raipira stainless, just barely. The Russian blades used and ranked as follows for sharpness. Vokshod Raipira Platinum lux Sputnik /Raipira Stainless Shave gear used Maggard razor MR1 v1 head and brass handle. Whippeddog 22mm pure badger D R Harris Windsor soap.
I love Voskhods and Ladas but I was a little disappointed in the Sputniks. Just goes to prove YMMV is never more prevalent than it is in shaving. Especially when it comes to blades.
For me, Ladas and Rapiras were shite. Voskhods are great, and Sputniks are 2nd. I could really tell the difference in a mild razor.
I love Vokhods and Sputniks. I bought 50 of both. The other day I used a Ladas blade in a Tech and was surprised by how well they performed. I might have to get some more of them in the future. I don't really like Rapiras though
