Here is one example of the Marco method but I do mine a little different. He shows a soaking brush and states do not shake out water but in the beginning he does show shaking it down twice which is what I do as I DO NOT like a swimming pool of water on the puck. I also do not pre-soak the puck as shown as I feel there is more than enough water in the bristles. He also does not apply any pressure on the puck and I do apply light pressure on the puck. Through trial and error I found doing it this way between 12-30 seconds depending on the soap used works best for me. I have nowhere near the mess he creates doing it my way and keep product usage to a minimum. When I tried MdC this way I found just six swirls on the soap was more than enough for a two pass shave for me. I paid $50 delivered for the two 40% asses milk.
Mark, It's stronger than say Aqua Velva level menthol, but nowhere close to Osage Rub, Glacial anything or TSD ISZ. You will definitely feel it, but it's fairly tame. I have actually considered M-bombing it just for kicks.

Sorry for jumping in - the MITA has a strong enough menthol effect to really be enjoyed. Less than the Frozen Tundra and obviously MUCH less than the Glacials, but still quite cold.
