I think it MIGHT be because they are linked to the TSR site and that you might have to be signed in to see the photos. If Billy doesn't mind, here are his pictures:
Thank you Sir.....Yeah I cut and pasted that from TSR.....I will watch that one in future....I will do a wee write up after my maiden shave ..... Billy
Asked my dad for a spare Red Tip. Called today and said he's sending it along with several others I didn't know he had stashed, plus some other stuff. And a couple cans of Ray's Chilli. Can't get Ray's outside of my home area.
Well, you can get it off Amazon if your willing to pay almost $5 a can. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00473NR0Q/?tag=thshde-20
Too expensive for me that way. As straight chili, it's...an acquired taste (not the best). It's strength is being used on top of hot dogs, where it's fantastic.
Yeah everyone raised within driving distance of Atlanta has chili from The Varsity running through their veins. They finally started canning it but it's almost 5 dollars a can too. I'd much rather drive down for the full experience.
The 2 on the left have chili and mustard. The two on the right have cole slaw. Fried onion rings and a Varsity Orange soda. Babies here in Georgia are weaned on varsity chili dogs. Lol
I believe/think it's designed by Kenneth Grange who did the Wilkinson Sticky amongst a lot of other things. It has proven to be a tough razor to get a lot of information about.
It shipped today......a J1 (1964) Gillette Slim I won on the bay Saturday. It looks like it may need a bit of TLC but it's my first major razor purchase in awhile and my first adjustable. I'm planning a trip for it to be cleaned and replated.
I'm waiting for the following: P.A.A. Miami Libre Shave Soap P.A.A. Ice Scentless Pre Save Stick The Phoenix Double Open Comb Razor (Cant wait to try it) Stirling Soap Ozark Mountain Scent Stirling Soap Vetiver Witch Hazel & Aloe Santalum Fumus Shave Soap from So Sharp Limited
As an Atlanta native, your pic brings up fond memories. I need to get down there for lunch on of these days.
