My wife shaved her legs with a safety razor for the first time this week. She likes the blue handled Gillette I gave her a lot. I would suggest that she needs to buy a brush to go with it. Of course I would recommend this one.

Thank you! Just to ensure that I am fully settled in, I picked one of these up today. When it rains, it pours.... A Frederick Fenney Tally-Ho (1833-1852), smiling 7/8 wedge with hollow notch tip. Big hunk of steel. Small nick on the edge should come out easy enough. More than likely pre-dates the Wostenholm I just picked up. Horn scales look to be original and in decent shape.
my man, go back( August 1) and offer them 15, after all its been there for a month and hasn't sold. you'd be doing them a favor freeing up display case room and all. Well gentlemen, we are 2/3 on the way to August 1. Then I can drop by my favorite antique store. Went to my favorite thrift shop and walked straight to the wood rocker I was after, bought it and removed myself from the premises. Did not even go near the case where they keep the shaving stuff. Staying off E-bay is easy, don't usually buy razors off of the bay. Dave
