    image.jpg Razor: Gillette 195 Fat Boy (f1) 1960 (5) (3)
    Brush: Stirling Synthetic 26/63 2015
    Coffee Mug: Terminator
    Cream: Truefitt&Hill Grafton
    Blade: Feather (2)
Post shave: Thayers Cucumber WH, Jack Black Post Shave Gel, Halston Z-14 cologne
Back from VACATION shave, the sequel! Love The Terminator, great show at Universal in Orlando. Ok, now my first shave back home. Whipped up the Grafton in my favorite mug with my Stirling synthetic. I really like this brush. My beard Terminator is my Fat Boy. It's weight does all the work and it sings a nice toon with a Feather blade. WTG XTG on my face and neck on 5. ATG on my neck on 3. Nice and slick and with my FB on 3 for my neck I can buff a little for a DFS. Great cucumber smell with the WH, and then some soothing JB. After cleanup some Halston Z-14 for a change. I'll be back....

Nice brush! What size is that knot? Looks good!:eatdrink047:

That brush I got at a fantastic price with the knot installed. The knot is a Wet Shaving Product High Mountain White. On their site it is listed as 26mm but in reality is a 24mm plug. They measure the width of the hair above the plug where most everyone else selling knots measures the base of the plug.

Prep: Hot shower with Neutrogena Face Wash with menthol, home made PSO
Razor: Muhle R41 (2010), "The Hornet" straight razor
Blade: Super Max Blue Diamond (8)
    Brush: Turkish #6
    Soap: DR Harris - Windsor
After: Home made ASB, Nivea after shave balm
Cologne: Prada - Amber Pour Homme

Happy Friday! The #6 brush whipped up the Windsor into a nice lather. I had enough lather for 10 passes. My scuttle was about to overflow. The 2010 R41 is a nice, mild shaver and "The Hornet" did its job well. The Super Max Blue Diamond is still going strong. I just saw that someone had done 120 shaves with a feather blade. Wow! That is determination. I believe that I would get bored with that kind of experiment. The Nivea and the Prada were a fine finish to this 2 pass Darn Fine Shave.

Have blessed day and a great weekend!

Kicked up the aggression a notch and I think it was a bit too much for my face. Other than that, another great shave.

    Prep: Shower
    Razor: Gillette Aristocrat
    Blade: Gillette 7 O'Clock Super Stainless (3)
    Brush: Omega 13109
    Lather: TOBS Shaving Shop cream
Post: Cold rinse, Alum, Styptic, Witch Hazel, Clubman Pinaud Classic AS sample

Some minor nicks this morning but the most important part was the TOBS cream. I still find the smell strange, but I feel I'm used to it now.

I love how much TOBS creams explode with lather from a tiny drop! :love055:

    Razor: Gillette Executive (1960)(6)
    Blade: Gillette Platinum (5)
Brush: WDC-4, Silvertip Badger, Butterscotch. (VIG) 24/67
    Cream: Lea Classic
    Bowl: Old Spice Blue Mug
    A/S: Lucky Tiger
Kept the Executive on #6 today and got a good close 2 pass shave. I will go to #7 tomorrow. The Lea Classic Cream (got it in a PIF) which I used for the first time tonight worked up an excellent lather. I'll use it again tomorrow. Lucky Tiger is my got to A/S if I stare at the aftershaves to long.:)

I think I'll use my Gillette Slim when I'm finished with the Gillette Platinum Blade. Your Slim looks to be in great shape.:signs107:
