Many of you have been great support to me during my surgery and healing. I finally have before and to date full body shots to share. I am a bit uncomfortable doing this, but the journey so far has been amazing. Thanks for all your support and prayers. First, thank you for the very kind words. Many have asked. I am doing great. Blood work is fantastic. I have taken zero BP meds since 1 day prior to the surgery and my BP is 115/75. Working out at the gym 3X per week (minimum) walking the new dog. All is really, really good. Thanks for reading my website, and just generally being a great bunch of cyber friends.
